I read this morning that Kyle jumped out of his car and ran to his hauler after the race, not allowing the media to talk to him. Isn't that something that the top five finishers have an obligation to do? I wonder if he will be fined for this, but then again, even if he is, I am sure he won't care.

Probably not. I wonder if the top 5 rule applies to every "race." I guess he wasn't so "nice" in backing off of Tony afterall. He probably just couldn't get him.

Paying the fine will be a lot easier than the beating Tony would have given him.

Kyles a punk, IMHO of course. Pushing Tony into and thru the corner should have gotten him a 5 lap penalty. If you get the impression I don't care for kyle you're right. One day he'll pull one of his stunts and end up in the line at the popcorn stand. IOW thru and not into the wall.

It's top 3 that are obligated to talk to the media not top 5 and Kyle has taken advantage of that rule a lot, I guess I would rather he stormed off then say something stupid which he has also been known to do. He may grow up eventually.

Looked to me like Kyle did a good job of getting Tony loose enough to get around him (while not crashin), but got himself to loose to take advantage.

I feel the same way about him.I wish Jimmy Spencer had a son or brother racing Cup right now.So maybe he could take care of Kyle like Jimmy did Kurt.Kurt's lip runnin days pretty much stopped after Jimmy broke his nose.Maybe they could do a tag team match on the WWE.
