Nationwide Race Thread - Kentucky

A lot of Toyota engine issues...AGAIN. Maybe farming the engine program out to TRD wasn't such a good idea (I think they left out the "U")

Good Night everyone. I will be here for the Cup race tomorrow night.

The very first line of that article...-- No one had driven the No. 3 car since Dale Earnhardt's death on the track at the 2001 Daytona 500.

And then there's this from 2010. LOL

Like Lap3 said I think it hurt Austin more then helped him, if he didn't have that "problem" he might of lapped the field.

Morgan Shepherd owns the No 3 Nationwide car??????????????????????

No he's just listed as owner Childress and Morgan Shephard made a deal where the #3 got Shepards owners points to lock Austin Dillon into the first 5 races this year. In 2011, the roles were reversed and it was Shepherd getting locked in status from the defunct #21 RCR team. There's ALOT of behind the scenes wheelin and dealin for points anymore, one of the things I think NASCAR should put a stop to.
