Nationwide Series at Talladega

nascar.com has free trackpass scanner for the Nationwide races for anyone interested. You can listen to two drivers for the price of one today! :rolleyes:

Listening to old school racing guys like the Jarrets explain this kind of racing is funny. You know they are thinking "wow- this is ridiculous".

Kinda like having (the late) Johnny Cash commenting on rap music :p

Spotter tjmajors tells Dale Jr. to back up to Kyle Busch. Jr.: "I ain't backin up to him! I'm waitin' on that 88."

Twitter feeds to follow some of the driver chatter.....

@bobpockrass @nateryan @jim_utter @candicespencer @dustinlong @dnewtonespn @martysmithespn

Jr. saying that there is nothing good about this type of racing.

Watch for him to move to the top on this restart to make a car swap in the first turn.

Looks to me like many of the "pairs" are content to be spread out around the track (expecting a caution). If this goes green they will end up in bad shape come "go time".

Martinsville and Pocono are the only good tracks left.

Nothing wrong with any of the tracks. the problem lies with France owning most of them, and keeps finding a new way to destroy the competition, on any given week.

Does Logano plan to spin the whole field today?

Love hearing the drivers on the radio:

"you gonna push him or he gonna push you"?

"we will switch at the line"

Seriously though - you can't blame the drivers for trying to be experts at this stuff...it's the game they are given.

This pushing stuff works great, how many spin outs now, just wating for a spin out to take out 20 cars in the corner. Hope it happens hope it takes out all the good cars and some no name wins!
