They sure made it look like Danica had no friends in practice tonight. Can't believe Jr wouldn't get out there and take her to school in the draft. Being he's the owner and all.
I don't have a good feeling about her this year.

I know that name. Does he run dirt?

No he used to run Modifieds up here in the North East on the Whelen Tour. Doesn't look like he has a chance in hell judging by his practice speeds!

Danica Patrick qualified 4th for tomorrow's race at Daytona in the Drive4COPD 300 in the Nationwide Series. Way to go Danica!

Lets hope she stays in the top 5 or 6 and gives herself a chance to win. Looks like she has a really good car.

Don't you know NA$CAR is rigged, Danica will win, it will be good for the sport.:sarcasm:

Other than that I hope she does get a top 10 finish at least, top 5 even better.

I haven't followed NNW as much as I should...aren't they running the same configuration (COT) as cup now? If so this should be the same type racing as the 500 (bumpers matching up - lotsa pushing).

Anybody know for sure? They don't put NNW practice on TV that I have seen.

Since Danica has a fast car I would expect she would be a prime candidate for getting a good pusher ;)

Mustangs, Challengers, and Chevys, don't match up bumpers, so shouldn't be like the 2 car tag team that Cup is.

They were hooking up in practice. I'd expect to see the same thing as you've seen in Cup only more wrecks.

Yep - 2 car deals - lotsa switches...even a couple threesomes!

It's kinda like bike racing (tour de france) a few breakaways and the peleton chasing.

The Roush/Fenway 8-wheeler seems to be strong so far.

Jr needs a GPS and a neon sign so he can find his freakin pit stall.

Man Oh Man... Stewart missed that by a cats whisker.

Was Mike Wallace asleep?

Bowyer almost cost himself the race so far not drafting with Danica, funny how no one wants to draft with her, she has a fast car too.

I can hear Waltrip now...

Car audio, "Who is behind me?"

Pit box, "Steve Wallace."

Car audio, "Are you Shi..... me?"

:D

Somebody is gonna figure it out soon and ask her to the prom....then they will go to the front.

Was nice to see. But maybe now we know why nobody wants to draft with her. Poor Clint.
