The picture quality on ABC's SD feed is horrendous. They finally letterboxed the SD feed, which is a good thing. But man, ESPN's picture quality is so good - how is ABC's so bad?

I have no problem with standard definition whatsoever, but wow, this is almost unwatchable. Trying to find a coax cable now to see if I can get it over the air.

My cable is SD-only. DIRECTV charges $25/month + additional equipment fees for HD. I can't wait to move to Blacksburg or back to Baltimore where I can get real cable and real internet.
