Jones should be full time next year also in a KBM truck
Love that kid, KBM has some great talent under its wings. I think Erik Jones is as good as Larson and Chase Elliott

Someone needs to put Wallace into a full time Nationwide ride like right now.
JR Motorsports, dump Regan Smith and put Wallace in the #7. A Wallace/Elliott twosome would destroy Nationwide.
Or they could just run a 3 car team. I don't think Toyota let's bubba leave though
Just got through watching the race.
If you did not like that one, well, there is no hope for ya!
Larson, Bush, Bubba last few laps, hard side by side clean, now dats how its done.
Maybe France should sell out to Hendrick and that way every driver could drive for HMS. Gawd.
Wallace and Jones need to stay where they are and watch their teammate win the cup tomorrow.
maybe next nascar ceo too ?
I'd like to see Bubba and Erik stay with JGR/KBM, but it's a full house over there on the Cup side right now, and I don't see any the 4 Cup drivers they have going anywhere for awhile. I wouldn't blame Bubba or Erik for jumping ship if the right opportunity presented itself.Maybe France should sell out to Hendrick and that way every driver could drive for HMS. Gawd.

If I were Penske or Hendrick, I'd be throwing offers their way. Penske will likely add a third team for Ryan and I'm sure that a 4th team for Bubba or Jones wouldn't be that far off. Hendrick has enough connections with Cup teams (CGR, SHR) that he could also get them a Cup seat. Even if Hendrick can't get them a Cup seat, JR Motorsports could put them in a Nationwide car at least. Right now, it literally looks like Bubba and Jones have hit a brick wall. JGR doesn't seem likely to give them a Nationwide ride in the near future and their Cup prospects are dim.
They almost HAVE to jump ship at this point.
It's not Hendrick's fault that he actually has a full time Nationwide operation that hires non-Cup drivers. Other owners should take note. Gibbs is literally the worst developmental owner in the sport and his incompetence almost wrecked Joey Logano's career.

Hamlin's deal runs out after 2015; I wouldn't be surprised to see him leave or sign a very short extension. SHR could be a place for him to go eventually depending on if he wins a title this year or next, among other things.
If JGR can't even find Xfinity sponsorship for Bubba something is seriously wrong. I hope Coca-Cola steps up.
February of 2011 Rick Hendrick signed a multi year driver agreement with Chase Elliott. Rick had been working with NAPA all last year to work out a full time deal for this year. What took so long was deciding whether to put him in Trucks, which would of been easier for him to finish school, or NNS for this year and they decided that it was time for him to go to NNS. And apparently they made the right choice. Rick and Bill have Chases future pretty much mapped out. With Chase's driving skill's and personality It's doubtful that he'll ever have sponsor problems. To be fair he lucked out having NAPA come forward with full-time sponsorship, otherwise chase wouldn't have a full-time ride this year. And the 5 car has run kevin Harvick for most of the season

I haven't seen where Bill said that or in what context he said it but I'm sure that he wasn't lying. His comments could have been taken out of context. Rick said recently that "we finished putting that deal together just in time". Read it like you want to and I'll read it like I want to. I was quoting from several sources. So when bill Elliott said that last week he was lying? Good to know

Sorry to bust up the speculation but......... According to this link Darrel Wallace will be indeed driving a JGR car full time in the 2015 Xfinity series (aka Nationwide 2014.
