Races already start way too late in the broadcast window. The last thing needed is a chunk of wasted time that delays the start even more while bringing nothing to the broadcast. I'd say that if Commander Cody was doing 'Hot Rod Lincoln', or Jan and Dean's 'Dead Man's Curve'.

That song doesn't delay the start of the race one bit. Usually played as a fill in between prerace ceremonies and/or pace laps
