NFL 2025-26

I am surprised that Jackson didnt run the ball more versus staying the pocket.

Helluva performance by the Lions. It's not easy to do that to the Ravens. I often think Campbell goes for it too much, but it did make sense on the pivotal play given how high leverage it was. Still surprised at the particular play they ran, but it was executed perfectly by Goff.

I think it was an insane call, and low percentage, but they executed and made it work.

It is fun watching some play action razzle dazzle, reverses, halfback passes etc.

I think it has the same benefit of throwing some long passes. Even if they dont work, at least run enough of them to stretch out the defense in order to make the more conventional plays work. Watching a good running back wearing out a defense is my first love when it comes to the offense, but you still have to stretch them out to make it work (in most cases).
John Madden said he liked to have Snake air one deep on the first drive because even an incompletion would make the defense stretch.

Lmaoooo. Eagles own the Rams in so many ways.

Boswell had a field goal blocked and Vikings take the ball downfield and kick a field goal.....resulting in a 6 point swing for the steelers.
