Can you resurrect an old account that has been guested (deleted) in the past?

Was just wondering because a lot of old members got deleted. Was it done for more bandwidth?

Not that I want it back or anything but my very first account here was Shadowflames, then I left, forgot I had that then made this one.

Just trying to get a more realistic number of members. Removed accounts that hadn't been active in years, and spam accounts that were
banned.

Same here. Although I probably would have been deleted if that was the case.
