Kyle Petty said Kyle Busch is the best raw talent to come around since the late Tim Richmond.
Tim was fun to watch.
I hope Kyle Busch gets to a strong team. The kid has a lot of talent.

Thats a pretty big one commin from Richard. Tim Richmond was one heck of a driver to put Kyle Busch in the same breath is saying alot but I think he deserves it. I've been watchin that kid since ARCA & the Craftsman Trucks with Roush. He's good & i'm sure either RCR or DEI will pick him up.

I doubt it'll be the last and there could be some fire works from the Busch boys before this one is over.

Well I for one am extremely pissed off. What was this, "Don't Help Kyle Busch Night" or something. Jeff Gordon figured he couldn't win it so he decided not to help his team car either. Not even his own brother...
 
Loved the finish and wonder how all you anti plate fans feel about this. What excitement. Kahne finished 9th or 10th. Not too bad after being involved in the first caution.

Congrats to Jamie for his win. Long time coming.
 
It doesn't matter now but it looked to me like Busch passed the #26 below the line on that last lap :confused:

Best race I've seen all year.

Kurt would have helped Kyle if he could, But Kurt also has cars to beat.
Kyle also stated that kurt had tried to help.

0.005 seconds. Wow. Thats more of a drag racing pro stock finish. tied for second closest timed finish.

I'm gonna rate it a 10 right off the back.
 
Kurt had to do what he could to hold off Edwards and finish 3rd.
They said earlier today that we won't know what the plate will be for next year until after Richmond but that it would have larger holes since the COT is slower anyway.
Maybe the COT will do away with the plates altogether.

Everyone is gripping that Gordon didn't help Kyle at the end but where was Kyle when Jeff needed him?

Isn't that a pic of Jeffy attempting to go to the outside as they were getting the white flag? Kyle had been committed to the bottom lane the last 5 laps of the race. I was laughing my ass off when Jeff had every opportunity to drop down in front of Carl with a handful of laps to go and push Kyle but he did not.

The funny thing is I didn't see Kyle Busch helping his teammates also. I guess JG, JJ and Casey decided to turn the tables on him during the final laps!

As for helping each other, during those last few laps it didn't seem as though any of the teams could get hooked up until #99 got behind #26 when it counted.

I didn't see where Busch helped any of the HMS guys and they didn't care to help him.
 
And the really sad thing is his reported replacement for next year isn't very good with working with others either. :)

But nothing is ever Jeffie's fault if something is debateable.

I think Kyle will leave HMS before the season ends if they keep treating him like that.

Come on now BP, he has pushed the #15 to a couple and always works well with Stewart.

I've always thought the one person he doesn't work well with is his crew chief - no matter which one it is.
