The "good old days" ??
just curious what kind of information do you think Penske will be getting from Roush? I doubt it will be anything useful.
Me too.

Please , I don't profess to know anything about racing . You guys are the experts . I just assume that the Ford engineers make changes in their race program based on input from all of the Ford teams .just curious what kind of information do you think Penske will be getting from Roush? Right on Mike . I've been saying that all along . It is really hurting Penske and, IMO , it's the main reason they are leaving Dodge.
Isn't it true that if the MWR program gets off the rails on say their short track set up , the Toyota Racing engineers will help them get their program back on track ? And isn't the TRD knowledge base , information that they have gained working with all of the Toyota teams ? In other words , Toyota teams share info with the TRD engineers who can use that info to help other Toyota teams for the good of the entire program.I agree but I think there is some advantages too. If they found something, they only knew about and there is no other cars to compare them to but their own. I wonder why Dodge wasn't willing to make more a commitment. They're winning races and competitive. Obviously when compared to other manufacturers they don't have as many wins cause they don't have the car count. Compared to teams they're just as good.
There are rumblings in the Twitterverse that Andretti Motorsports are going to NASCAR with Dodge.
It's a huge longshot, but Andretti is looking at NASCAR...again.
