Good point Jonesi and welcome ... ensuring that the top cars make the race is not restricted to Nascar , all tracks have to do it.

True Dat! Joonyer Nation would stay away in droves if that boy failed to qualify. But the TOP 35 system needs some alteration. I'm not quite sure how to fix it (though I have heard some interesting ideas over the years).

As for selling and buying points, though, I still say it's bullsh!t.

Heard on Sirius NASCAR Radio a little while ago..... Lee Spencer of Fox Sports is reporting that Red Bull points and equipment has been sold. I think the organization is out of Virginia or West Virginia and if I heard correctly, David Regan as the driver. Expect some kind of announcement soon. I hope that I got the info correct as I was only able to listen with one ear.
