Possible 2004 Nextel Cup Driver List

I think that Bill Elliot is going to come back for the Nextel Cup. I say this for 2 reasons, one being that he didn't win the homestead race, and the second being he started doing pretty good twards the end of the year.

I agree with Slick Nick. With such vulgar language why would anyone believe you in the first place. All they are wanting to know is where did you get your info. What's the big deal, it's not like it came from the Secret Service or anything. You are showing no respect to this forum or the posters on it. Hopefully the Mods will step in and clear the trash out so we won't have to listen to your crappy language anymore.

why is it that when I said a joke about packin fudge it got edited out and the mods told me and happy there's no place for that type of talk in this forums and when happy tells his opionion and gets a little colorful with his wording he gets blasted, mr. inside info threw a corloful rant and his post is still up.

I think the Mod's are MIA, but why would you want to pack fudge any ways?

Hi there - I have deleted all of the objectionable language from all of the posts.I would have been here sooner to do it, but there was a death in my family and it was more important for me to be with them than here reading and correcting language.

Please refrain from using offensive language in your posts. There are many words in the English language, vulgarities don't need to be used.

LOL - I was wondering the same thing, 17_Fan.

This place is full of the most thinnest skinned people I have ever seen in my life. I thought Nascar fans were tougher than this.

Most ppl here do have thick skin, but you have these 11 year old kids that pose as 21 year olds working for Morgan Shepherd...oh wait, I mean Action Performance now & when ya catch 'em in the act...they throw a temper tantrum & attack other posters.

Sorry to hear about the death NW. My sympathies.

I didn't know Morgan Shepard pays eleven year olds to act like 21 year old...that sounds suspiciously Michael Jackson-esque if you ask me...and I thought he was racin' for Jesus.

Thin skin has nothing to do with it. There is only 4 or 5 on there that dont have the common decency to respect other posters.

What?! Greg Biffle Fan Club?! :AHHHH:
We're five and growing now. (97, SG, Kat, Dee & myself)

Also Jayski.com reports that the #1 Dale Earnhardt, Inc. team is shut down according to Jayski.com due to sponsorship woes. The #99 Roush Racing team could follow.

As for the situation about the forum, uh..... um..... ahh..... er..... no comment. Then again, I havent seen a barrage of bad language like that since I let off the sailor's mouth.

Oh, sorry for the double post guys.

It says on Jayski.com that Dale Earnhardt Inc. plans to run the #1 in only 7 or less races in 2004. Martin Truex Jr. will run the entire 2004 Busch Series schedule and will run a few Nextel Cup races in 2004.

1 out of 3. Hey, it's a start.

I can't beleive they can't find any sponsorship, the car that started it all they can't get sponsorship for it. I'm sure DEI can afford to run the 1 car a season without a sponsor, but I would seriously doubt it would go a whole season without a sponsor.

I am sure they will keep trying to get a sponsor for it. All way up until the very end.

Not only that, teams like the 99 and the 54 maybe shutting down due to sponsorship woes.

Nascar seriously needs to put in some sort of salary cap to keep sponsers. Its getting riddicolous when two major cars can't find sponsership.

Can I ask one question in here.

It Seems when i post something everyone bads mouth me and saying i am not right and stuff.

I know everyone in this forum hates me so.... I am not going to post anymore. Yall have a nice christmas and everything else.

No one here has bad mouthed you. You are a young individual who does not quite comprehend that most everyone here feels the need to have things VERIFIED. That means when you make a statement, you need to have a "source" to back up that statement. Other than that, it's just rumor. Making a statement does NOT make it fact. Unfortunately, quite a few of your "statements" have not been completely true. First off, Coy Gibbs is not the winner of Rookie of the Year. That honor went to David Stremme.

Just don't take things quite so personal, and things will be alright.

BTW, have a great holiday!

From Jayski.com, That's Racin.com and other various Racing Sites on the net

Update: The 54 team may shut down, however the alleged merger between Travis Carter and a British team is still generating rumors, although the rumors have recently died down.

If Gaughan enters the ROTY field, that ROTY chase will be one thing to watch all year.
