Happy race day everyone!!! :beerbang:

40% chance of rain in New Weston, OH but Eldora Speedway officials remain confident. Keep an eye on EldoraSpeedway.com for the latest.

They'll have to make a decision by 1 PM to let drivers know whether to fly out of Charlotte or not.

That track can carry an awful lot of water away very quickly. :beerbang:

They usually replay this race on Speed a month or so after the pay per view is on.

I read on another forum this morning where someone said this would not be the case this year. I'm not sure where they got that info.

Im hoping they race, Im supposed to be heading there in a couple hours.

I'm only going by what they've done to date. I've always waited for it to come on Speed and have not been disappointed. Perhaps they've changed? We'll know in a month or so.....

We ain't paying either

We will wait till it is rebroadcast. It has been in the past and should be done again. If not it would be their loss..ie I won't be seing it.
Betsy:rolleyes:

Also, Carl Edwards backed out of the race. Foot!

Also, Jeff Gordon. Back!

According to the broadcast the following drivers are out.

C Edwards, broken foot.
B. Elliot, broken ribs.
D. Blaney, death in the family.
J. Gordon, prior commitment.

I can't believe I can actually watch this in Canada. :D

"Lifters are losers".

Smoke just set a new track record. :beerbang:

Marcos Ambrose is a breath of fresh air. Man I love this...

Three dirt track drivers with abunch championship and 1500+ wins and we all thought it was pretty borring. Someone checked out in all the races. It was so bad I found myself pulling for Kyle Busch!

Joey Lagno did just what I expected and then some. Fell bad for Chris Wall who lost a car in the deal. And why did he get a backup car and Hamilin did not? It was joeys falght he crashed, not hamilin falght the lifter broke

money went to a good cause, but the race itsself was not worth the money.

I was at this race. It was my first time there and my first time at a dirt race. It is some wild stuff. Pretty dusty when I left..

Im not sure what happened to Denny Hamlin though. He qualified and was in one of the heats but didnt race the final race. The announcers never did say what happened to him.

Poor Logano, crashed his car and then crashed Tony Stewart's backup car.

My coke-cola usually has dirt in the bottom if I don't keep the lid on it.
We made homemade ice cream at Volunteer Speedway, my daughter thought her's had sprinkles in it, fine red dirt. LOL I love dirt track racing.

I thought Logano was doing a pretty good job until he got into the wall and the fence tore the spoiler side and whole spoiler off.

The first 14 laps of the feature was the only entertaining part of the racing. It could be the opposite next year. That's the thing about dirt racing.

He was all over the place and hit the wall no tellin how many tines before he totaled it! I was not impressed. Never really have been.
