Proper Richmond Race Etiquette

Like a mature race fan would. That's great. There should be more like you. Not meaning you, I just really find it strange that anyone can find entertainment in doing something like that.
They're not looking for entertainment. They're just too lazy to tote the weight of the water back down the grandstands, or too drunk to balance the weight, or both.

Some great tips and advice here. On the topic of Richmond i wondered if it would be terrible of me to hijack this thread......

Tickets go on sale tomorrow for the September race - 'Thank you fans...etc' :headbang:

Any recommendations for seats? I have heard that the Commonwealth stand mezzanine level is decent but pricier and that there are good views in Old Dominion? between 3/4. More expensive tickets are not much of a concern as we are making the trip over and want to enjoy it as much as possible.

Thanks in advance :salute:

so I'm going to my first race! Yaaaaay! I'm going to the Richmond April Race and we are doing Xfinity and Cup!

I have a few questions:

What should I wear?
Is the pit pass worth it?
I'm trying to get pit lane/start and finish tickets but is the price worth it?

TIA
