No NASCAR or Sprint Cup decals under the A-pillar. I can't tell what kind of grille that is. Maybe someone else can, but it doesn't look to me like any of the three manufacturers that run in NASCAR.

I'd say it's just an advertisement with a generic race-car graphic.
