Pretty much any seat at Atlanta is a good seat. You don't have to be high up and I actually prefer to sit lower closer to the track. My preference is the Johnson grandstand closer to turn 1 like section 269. But down there your view of pit road and the frontstretch activities are not at good as where your looking. The weather is usually a challenge the positive is the seats your looking at are covered I believe. Next to Darlington Atlanta is my favorite track. Enjoy!Any advice on seat locations at Atlanta? Looking between sections 238 and 254, as high up as possible.

If you've never been to Las Vegas at all, and if time permits you at least four or five days, go there. Even if you don't gamble, there's so much to do besides the racing (which has been decent on the tube the last couple of years). Plenty of great inexpensive food, free entertainment, and sights to see both man-made and natural. The hotel rates get better the farther you get from the Strip and Fremont Street. For those who have been to Vegas and Phoenix....which one would you go to if you had to choose. I have been to Phoenix and I loved it, but I am looking to experience something different.....Is Vegas awesome?
Jealous. Couldn't make it work. Maybe fall. Have a great time!I feel like I just left the tropics and landed in Antarctica
Damn, URI is the next town over from me.Picked up a rarity in motorsports today. Racing in Rhode Island. Boss Ice Arena in Kingston. The 2 champ karts made it countable for the purposes of track chasing.View attachment 84275View attachment 84276View attachment 84277View attachment 84278View attachment 84279View attachment 84280
Unfortunately probably a one and done event. C02 was bad inside they had to keep pausing the show to blow the air put the doors with fans. Guy i was with said the fire marshall was running around not looking happy. I could definitely feel it pretty quick after they started before they opened all the doors up.Damn, URI is the next town over from me.
I would have went if I had known...
Does the PA system work for those events? Because you could not hear a thing they were saying. That CO2 is a Doosie. That facility, while being somewhat modern, was not meant for Internal Combustion Engines. ( ICE).!
It must have been a good time , I've been there a couple of times and found it quite nice for It's age.
Yeh, but it was meant for skating and hockey! Not, loud ass engines!!!Does the PA system work for those events? Because you could not hear a thing they were saying.
Oh it wasn't working even without the engines running.Yeh, but it was meant for skating and hockey! Not, loud ass engines!!!
Gotcha. The place is like 25 years old, I last went there in 2012, and it seemed up to date. The PA was pretty clear then. Maybe I'll take a spin over there this week and check it out!!Oh it wasn't working even without the engines running.
