Damn. The racing is picking up. Yeeehaw.
 
Plate racing, at Dayton especially because its so narrow, is such a snooze feast. Just impossible to pass and get a run on the leader or a car in front of you.
 
Them boys are up on the wheel now. Jr makin me nervous with some of these blocks though. Looks like he ain't forgot how to do this though.

Looking like it's going to be a Hendricks Racing Daytona 500.
 
Wait until they're down to 5 laps to go and see what the racing is like. Should get pretty crazy.
 
Shame for Blaney. But he proved that car is fast & driver is bold. Should be a good Sunday.
 
NASCAR.com had a live leaderboard last year. Does anyone have a link to it for this year? My shortcut from last year doesn't work, as usual after they overhaul the site.
 
Besides the fact he's actually won the 500 twice Jimmie has bad luck at Daytona .
 
Probably means Johnson wins the 500......the storylines of the week usually go in the opposite direction in the Daytona 500 itself.
 
Damn , that sucks , I really wanted to see Blaney win tonight , would of been pretty cool to see Chase and Blaney win on the same night
 
Don't slap a repair on it just to get a better starting position. There's no race where starting position matters less. Take it to the garage and fix it right for Sunday.
