I think Bob reads our mail sometimes. The lack of decent rain tires has never stopped me from trying to conjure up rain tires. They have a steering wheel a throttle and brakes. Nascar can surely come up with decent windshield wipers and let them use a fan for defrosting. This is getting stupid in this day and age.

Theres a little more than just bolting on rain tires to run in damp conditions at these ovals. You would also need a defrost, wipers and lights. In a time when we're trying to cut costs lets make teams throw a couple more things on the cars.......

Plus windshield washer fluid. We all know what happens when we use wipers on a dirty window when it isn't raining hard enough to keep the window clean.
