The current NASCAR regional touring series and their sponsors can be found here:Does Hooters still sponsor the southeast racing series? Does nascar still have the regional weekly tour?
That one gets my vote.
NASCAR teams lease the tires from Goodyear, the tires go back to Goodyear and they take them and put icing on them and serve them as giant donuts.Where do the used tires go post race? Into recycled paper for NASCAR green?
Let's think about this for a minute, shall we?Where do the used tires go post race? Into recycled paper for NASCAR green?
Let's think about this for a minute, shall we?Do the crews know if they are getting new or gently used tires before the racE?
Would you sign a lease if you didn't know in advance if you were getting new or used equipment?... In all seriousness, the teams really do lease the tires, after the race, the tires go back to Goodyear and they then recycle them into new tires.
Oh boy...but that IS summertime in the Mid-West. That's why I moved to the middle of the Pacific, we know the storms are coming a week before they get here.
Yeah, but where can you go? In the southeastern US, we can also see them coming a week out, but at least we have somewhere to run.Oh boy...but that IS summertime in the Mid-West. That's why I moved to the middle of the Pacific, we know the storms are coming a week before they get here.
Is that aimed at me ?Let's think about this for a minute, shall we?
As we (supposedly) learned earlier ...

Race teams wouldn't either.
When they want 'gently used' (called 'scuffed' in the trade), they run them for a few laps themselves. It's easy to turn new (or 'sticker') tires into scuffs, but impossible to turn scuffs into stickers. Hence, they always lease new.
"Think, then post."
Is that aimed at me ?
AHh, I can of figured so , just wanted to make sure. No, he was using your post as an example to show RainbowPlates36!!! the error of his ways

Jeez, I realize context is important, but Kasey seems to be giving himself a very long leash there... 2018. I think Kasey needs some new scenery to re-ignite his career. (I'm assuming he wants to re-ignite??).http://www.foxsports.com/nascar/sto...m-for-hendrick-by-2018-i-need-to-leave-082516
"If I haven't performed by 2018, I need to leave. It's pretty simple. That has nothing to do with William Byron or anyone else."
That's when his current contract is upJeez, I realize context is important, but Kasey seems to be giving himself a very long leash there... 2018. I think Kasey needs some new scenery to re-ignite his career. (I'm assuming he wants to re-ignite??).
