Rate the Race: Boring Texas

Ill give it a 6......this is one time I would have appreciated a "debris" caution....got a little boring with JJ running out the clock, and essentially no passing in the top 10

The battle of the hardware stores continue. Jimmie showed his AAA rating and Matt got a good finish out of his ride. A lot of green flag racing (the bogus caution people should be happy). Did I hear correctly, Lagano said Chevrolet Fusion in his interview?

2 I hate any race that 1 car dominates.Especially JJ and crew. Nascar failed to throw the mysterious debris caution and the race really was boring.

Honestly, I'm glad they didn't throw that "debris" caution. That was a bull**** caution in Charlotte and I was waiting for it last night considering how well Johnson was running. At least this time in Texas, NASCAR had the foresight to let things play out, so bravo to them.

Do you think a caution was necessary when Kyle slapped the wall?

The only reason I went 5.5 was because I enjoyed the strategy. It was nice to see tires be a factor for a chance. I wish there was a tire rule that would've caused teams to mix it up on strategy a little bit. I'm glad NASCAR let this one play out. It was a refreshing change to see the race play out without a mystery debris caution with 10 laps to go.

If they repave this track, I'm gonna be pissed - unless it comes as part of a "reconfiguration" where they change it to a half mile track. The tire wear saved that race.

I can't understand why is JJ so quick than others. Like he has couples bhp more. What you say?

I honestly didn't think this was that bad. I will give it a 6, though I am biased towards the winner.
