RATE THE RACE: Bristol Spring Race at Night

After some thought: 9.5

It was such an exciting and bizarre race that is should probably be a 10, but I don't want to give it a 10 with the bizarre ending.

@AndyMarquisLive, did you watch the daytime portion? There was some great racing before the rain as well.

Harvick having issues again with a great car pissed me off.

Season thus far has also been a 9.

Even though i took about a half hour break from the action i will give what i seen a solid 9.
 
I liked that there were comers and goers cars that were good sometimes and others terrible at others. Its nice to see the track change and that benefit different drivers. it was a great race.

Missed the first part but was def entertained with the 2nd half.
Lots of twists and turns.

Lots of drivers had a shot at the win.
Here's a toast to Edwards with my Busch light.

As long as a Toyota (especially a Gibbs Toyota) didn't win it was a 10!
 
9. Hell of a race. Stoked on the 17, 43, 9, 42, the 3 came out of nowhere...


Tony Stewart and company!! Whoa!! I thought he was going to quit on Friday!! Awesome race..


The 24 ran decent after the **** early, Danica added some comedy.


9, this guy loves 3 groove Bristol.
 
9.9 for the 99... way better than I thought.. great race!.. not the best outcome as a Joey fan but he had a race winning car anyway.. just got stuck laps down lol oh well onto Cali
 
Never woulda thought I'd give a Bristol race a high ranking once they changed the track but here goes:

9.5 damn good race!!
 
Have to give it a 9. The only thing missing was a spectacular finish.
 
What andy said. Loved the night time racing.
Loved that it was not a caution-fest.
Loved that excellent driving was on display.
Larson can drive.

The part I saw on Fox, I give an 8.5. I wish it had all aired on Fox, because Dish charges I think $30 more a month for the package with FS1, so I don't have that. I was enjoying the racing I did see.

FS1 is part of their $40/month package.

Just checking, and I have the Top 120 package which is $55. It looks like FS1 becomes available in the Top 200 package, which is $70. That's not as much higher as I thought it was, but I didn't see it in a $40 package. Still, its just one of those things I can only blame myself for not shelling out the extra dough, I guess.

Race: 10, including rain delay which meant I missed just 125 laps.

Ride home: 10

I wish I was driving a 911 last night. Just 5 of the 20 miles of pitch black fun.
 
It was a pretty good race, probably the best of the season. I didn't like Bristol in the old days when it was a wreck-fest. But the new track (and revised track) have good racing.
 
10. Easily.

Very enjoyable. My son loved his first Nascar race and rated it a 10 as well.
