I thought it was pretty exciting except that Jeff didn't win! I give it a 9.0.
we misseed the first 80 laps.
How many times during the broadcast did rusty say "brakes"? I'm willing to bet 150 times.

You got to see the real racing...we got to look at a closeup fo Jr. inside the car for lap after lap!
We KNEW there was racing all over the track, but the camera crew wouldn't let us see more than 3 cars in the frame at a time.
Most of the night Jr. was on the screen in one way or another..
I'm glad that is over. Now maybe we can get down to some racing with Jr. not being in the spotlight all night.
And no I am not a Jr. hater. I just think too much time is spent on him. There are 5 or 6 drivers out there that are his equal and THEY don't get the screen time he does..

Betsy, I'm with you about too much Junior --- and I'm a fan! And I bet, he feels the same way. Now maybe he can get some peace and quiet.
The race was interesting. When Junior's engine blew, I was upset because I wanted to he and Tony continue the battle.

At least TNT showed the race last year. Man the battle for 2nd between Gordon, Junyer, Ragan and Stewart was something. I didn't sit down once during the final 150 laps.

Sitting in turn 2 I saw a great race, 3 fights in the stands, one over JR's new number, several women flashing for beads and I think there was even some action on the track.
I'd rate it a 8+ overall.
