What I got from that article is some drivers handled it well (Brad and Marcos) and some didn't (Jeff and Kyle). Kyle was in panic mode and didn't adjust his driving style much. Coming back on the track and trying to run Brad onto the grass was a dumb move, and it cost him. All he had to do was stay in the outside line right to the left turn at the top of the hill and use that advantage to clear Brad.
