My internet connection here at the RV Park is intermittent at best so I'm posting this now.

6 Truck race was much better. I can see why Chicagoland was one of the first to ask for the aero package.

The cup drivers went out there and made them look stupid for asking for it.
I don't think anybody was stupid. Late race debris, a Lajoie caution, kept the field bunched up. Slower traffic allowed second place car to catch up or it would have been won by at least 3 seconds by KDB made for a race close finish on the cup side. Much slower trucks with a smaller tapered spacer and punching a much larger hole in the air kept the "organic" truck field closer together and at almost every track make for an interesting race.

7.5. Putting restrictor plates and high drag appendages on Xfinity cars at this rough, worn out, abrasive, gloriously multi-groove race track would be a serious crime against the art of motor racing. That would definitely be action detrimental to stock car racing.

Do you have the right race? This is the Xfinity race, not the Cup.
maybe a big Larson fan? The intervals indicate the parade it was. Rooting for tenth place Elliott to make up the time while using tooth picks to hold up my eyelids. :D

without that great finish saved by the hard racing of the lappers it would have been very similar
