Red Flags are B.S. also Benny Get's It Right

i like red flags.....esp. if im at the track and ive spent a hundred bucks on a ticket....i want to see a race won under the green flag instead of tye yellow flag
 
I want to see a race end under Green.

But at the very least which I believe was Benny's point on Sunday, have a set of rules that everyone could adhere to so that there are no surprises for the fans or the drivrs.
