Yeah, it was a fair hearing and Im glad it was the right call... Nascar didnt do the right thing, it was the hearing commission that made the decision.

Uhhhhhh..... NASCAR instituted the appeal process and by doing so, permitted the avenue which resulted in Robbie Gordon getting a fair hearing and what most seem to agree was a correct result from the process.

I haven't had a vacation in 8 months. Because of the transfer and what all I've got to do this summer, I probably won't be able to take a week's vacation this summer. Several people have already put in for two weeks, so I've already been shafted.

Bad enough they kirk out everytime I take ONE day off to go to the races. I'm sure they won't let me have off for 10-14 days. :mad:
