I suspect he'd do the same thing Dan Lovenheim did and lease the facility out to Spire, Speedway Motorsports or NASCAR for NASCAR races if he got it.

For context: Dan Lovenheim owns a ton of bars and nightclubs in Raleigh. He does not know what to do from here, which is why he's selling it, so someone can get Cup back there.

It's the old Desoto Speedway outside of Bradenton Florida. They had the Billy Bigly Memorial Super Late Model Race there on May 24th. They do all kinds of crazy sh*T at this location.
