I saw that clip. I give Romain a lot of crap but I see him in a new light now. Goes to show you is not just racing, these guys have families and we often as fans like to **** on these drivers like they're drones.

I’m sad that he won’t get to compete in Abu Dhabi but also happy that he came out of a scary crash in very good health. What a blessing that is!

It sucks that Haas were so bad the last two years, but when he had a car that could compete he sure made things interesting pretty often. Ultimately he’s going out with warm feelings from all, whatever his post-F1 career is his newfound perspective indicates he’ll enjoy it.
