News Story said ht realized he had no brakes as he went down the ramp, he started blaring the horn and trying to drag the railing to scrub speed, witnesses commended him on making it known there was something wrong so they should scatter. When i read report, said driver died at scene and passenger was in ICU.
 
Yes, he was a DIY'er who had refurbed this RV. including the recent brake job..

I've got a brother who built a camper. Completely frame-off. It's traveled tens of thousands of miles since the build and will drive prob about 12k miles this year, but **** like this scares the hell out of me.
