Should Earnhardt's victory be stripped?

Of course,Kerry will begin receiving every type of break possible before this BGN season is finished.
Don't forget folks...you still have Kelly and Taylor Earnhardt to whine about.

How the hell has Kerry gotten any breaks? [/b][/quote]

Just being allowed to be on the same racetracks as real racecar drivers is the biggest break of all!

But look at the bright side...Junior looks like David Pearson by comparison! :p How scary is that?

I want Jr. to be tested for drugs. Does anyone think he burns one now and then?

You just outdid Paul's post from last night.....

That was the most idiotic post I have seen.

I am falling off my computer chair in laughter .....man you guys don't give it a rest......wish i had joined this forum a long timea ago. Anyway Jr. WAS in the WRONG yesterday. Like i said in another post there needs to be a concrete black &white rule concerning the yellow line and the gentlemans' agreement thing. If all you people feel that Nascar is giving Jr. preferential treatment then start a website to get people more involved , more noticed, and voice your opinion in a HUGE way. Stop whining and complaining , it really is unbecoming! :p

I first saw the tape of it today (missed the end of the race yesterday) & it looked like Jr. was along side of Matt when he went below the yellow line & he was trying to save a wreck because it looked like Matt was going to run into him. Probably should have been black flagged because the way I understood the rule was you couldn't advance your postion below the line & given their calls in the past on it, it didn't matter if you were trying to avoid a wreck or were forced down there. Probably wouldn't have been fair to black flag Jr. either because the rule is a judgement call & Jr. had the postion. Elliott Sadler didn't & should have been black flagged. You can't blame Jr. for this but NASCAR needs to be more consisent in the calls. Kenny Wallace got the preverbial black flag last year at 'Dega for this same exact thing.

But seeing the pics that Smack posted, it looked that JJ was ahead of both Matt & Jr. when he went below the line.

I didn't understand why Jr. didn't get the black flag with that big piece of sheet metal flapping around earlier in the race? That could have cut a tire if it came loose & someone ran over it.

On another note, I remember a few years ago when 'Ol Russell was winning a lot of pole postions, more or less dominating them & Nascar decided they should tear apart the car piece by piece in front of anyone who wanted to watch. I wonder if they'll do such a thing to Dale Jr.? He has been pretty dominate on restrictor plate tracks, especially Talladega.

Why thank you Fergy. I take that as a compliment. The question. Does Jr. use drugs?

I figured you would....

No the question should be ....why do you dislike him so much you have to say something like that???!! <_<

I asked a question. Only thing I said was that I think Jr. should be tested. As with all drivers. He'll. I'm subject to testing on my job at anytime.

why point it at Jr? do you think he could drive that fast and outdrive all other drivers at Dega after burning one?

Ok, listen up..
DALE JR won the race at Talladega yesterday!!!!! It doesn't matter if you like it or not, cause there isn't a damn thing you can do about it. NASCAR isn't gonna reverse the decision just because a few fans are pissed cause he won... BOO HOO! Jr won 'Dega, now on to Martinsville... please DROP IT!!

there is a difference between talking about it and butchering a dead horse.

Nobody ever said you wasn't allowed to talk about it, you all are just running it into the ground.

another sad part about this is he set a record with that bad call. 4 consecutive wins at talladega, and the call will be forgoten sooner or later the record will stand for years.

People are always fed up when Jr wins a race..
yea everytime jr wins the crowd stands up and boos.

I think your thinking of jeff...

Anyone in his,or her right mind knows the truth of the matter. That call was a bad call on Nascar officials part. Only a select few drivers could have gotten by with even looking over the yellow line. This just happen to be one of those that did it.Nascar makes calls in acordence to popularity, not clairity. B)

I'm talking about on here dude..

I doubt if any number of e-mails or petitions would change the NASCAR sanctioning body's minds,as it was Their blindness that allowed Dale Earnhardt Jr. to first run around the track at least 3 laps with a piece of aluminum dangling from His car that being enough grounds for black-flag #1,then passes Kenseth below the yellow line enough of an infraction for black-flag #2!IMO,NASCAR wanted Dale Jr. to get that record 4th straight 'Dega win & helped make it happen IMO.
Slightly off-topic but notice how NASCAR helped out Kurt Busch at Texas as Matt Kenseth was leading the race & Jeff Gordon was in 2nd position when coming to the yellow but well before the start/finish line & Matt slowed way down so as to let His teammate Kurt Busch back on the lead lap while Jeff Gordon saw this & passed Matt & Kurt & Ricky Rudd thereby assuming the leader position of the race & keeping Rudd & Busch a lap down, but NASCAR stated that only Matt could race the lapped cars back to the start/finish line or allow them to get a lap back, even though for years it has always been a gentlemen's agreement concerning racing back to the yellow or not,Jeff Gordon passed Matt on the right & actually took the lead, but NASCAR says no,what a BS call IMO!
In summary IMO NASCAR has shown that Their 2 new poster boys are Dale Earnhardt Jr. & Kurt Busch,JMO!

That's probably the longest sentence I have every read.
Didn't mean to bore U,LOL!

NASCAR's becoming fixed. How's that?LOL! :D

C'mon 24!Kurt Busch----new Nascar poster boy???They penalized Kurt for TALKING ON HIS RADIO last year for God's sake! When is the last time Jr.or Jeff were penalized for talking? The difference between Kurt and Junior is striking. The most obvious being that Busch can actually drive.

But at least Jeff can recognize a simple fact:Kurt Busch can beat him like a drum.I would keep him a lap down if possible too! :p

new Nascar poster boy???
I think we found out last weekend at 'dega who holds that moniker now.

OK, this is beating this to death, but here are some great pics that prove (to me) that the pass was under the yellow. Remember, the leader is Johnson, not Kenseth. Frames # 8-13 show it clearly enough to me. Judge for yourself.

Re-read My post, where did I ever bash Dale Jr. or Kurt Busch?I'm merely questioning NASCAR's motives on Their calls that help a couple of the rising drivers, that's all.
I agree about Kurt Busch's racing ability, but as far as beating Jeff Gordon, see if Kurt Busch can ever get to 4 Championships & then We'll talk,LMFAO!
I'm so tired of these young guns all being compared to Jeff Gordon when there's no comparison at all.Why not compare Dale Sr. to Ricky Craven, just about as ludricous IMO!

Forgot, Jeffo is the almighty! How dare anybody be compared to his greatness!

I'm glad U saw the light,LMAO!!! :D

As stated before. NASCAR is very happy to have an Earnhardt in victory lane, no matter how they get there. I just don't see them changing anything as long as that many people are happy with Little E winning at any cost.
