Should NASCAR redesign the Cup Championship trophy based on points systems

Not exactly the same thing. Sprint bought out Nextel therefore inhereting the deal with NASCAR, and actually kept some of Nextel's traits after the merger. If you recall, Sprint had a red, black, and white color scheme prior to the Nextel deal, but changed to Nextel's yellow and black after the merger. I guess the trophy fell into that category too.

If they allowed the trophy queens to disrobe down to the typical trophy queen attire, the other trophy will take care of itself.

keep current cup champ trophy.

but maybe nascar should do like nhl does.
champ gets stanley cup.
another one....presidents' trophy .......is given for best record / points of yr.

maybe several nascar prez trophies.....for each of nascar's old points systems ?
