I dislike Kyle Busch as much as anyone. Is he a jerk? yes is he an arrogant douchebag? yes is he a crybaby? yes However this is a speeding ticket people he didn't kill somebody. It shouldn't affect his Nascar license. If he keeps doing stupid things off the track then maybe. The only problem with celebrities and athletes is money is no object to them Kyle busch probably has a million dollars in the ashtray of his car or couch cushions so a fine is lame but its only a speeding ticket.

I disagre, you are puting someone's life in danger both ways. 128 in a 45 is no better then driving drunk at a much much lower speed. A kid could of walked out in the street, someone pulled out, ect. I don't care if you are 16 or Kyle you do not need to drive at that speed because there are so many unknows that can happan and you have no controll.

If this was Robby Gordon, Ken Schrader, Kenny Wallace, Dave Blaney, or even if Dale Sr did this I would have the same reaction. You do not need to be near that speed on the open road.
 
If you look at the area via Google Earth, it's pretty rural and unpopulated. Looks like a pretty common area for a cop to be sitting there with a radar gun. It's not like he was doing 128mph in the mall parking lot.
