I would have to say I have 3 choices for Bonehead of the week, 1st for the wreck on pit road before the race, 2nd for Kurt's speeding penalty after his crew chief told him not to speed because NASCAR was watching it closely, and 3rd Andy for wanting to do away with the Bonehead post and still participating in it. Sorry Andy just couldn't resist.

Gotta go with Kurt, while serving the penalty you crawl to avoid a repeat. Had he went 10 miles an hour slower than the limit he stays on the lead lap.
He was already going to be one of the cars at the end of the lead lap anyway, just stay there until you get a caution.

Not sure how he was coached, but somebody should have been preaching as much prior to serving the penalty.

I agree about this being a bonehead, possibly race costing move. But in Kurt's defense (and any race driver's defense, really), the right foot tends to get really heavy when you're pissed off.
