SPEED TV

I guess I was one of the four that posted there.:pbjtime:

All the links to the boards are dead and the board had been almost impossible to use for the last year or more with log in issues and such. I'll lay low and lurk awhile till I figure out the lay of the land here. I like what I see so far.:)

BTW: a pox upon the House of Fox for ever bringing "Digger" into the sunlight. NASCAR has turned into enough of a soap opera without him turning it into a saturday morning cartoon.

I guess that explains the fox logo over the speed logo right now.......well on the plus side no more 8 hours of barret Jackson on the down side no more wind tunnel or any of the other decent shows they have right now. Sounds like the motorsports group gonna get pissed on again.

We don't know for sure that all of those NASCAR/racing shows are going to cease to exist but I fear that they may.

You may or may not be old enough to know or remember the Goofy Gophers. That sob is the genesis of the nickname Gopher. Take a 16 year old offensive line man with a burr haircut, braces, glasses and a coach with a sharp sense of humor gives you a nickname that never goes away.:dunce:

ARCS signed a 2 year deal with Fox to broadcast 10 live races per year. No mention of the Network but Fox 1 will presumably be the place.

I would say that's a safe bet. Not only does ARCA pay FOX to air the races, the ratings are up 24% across the board.
