Sprint All Star: Charlotte

Well that about sums that race up, the only action is on the freaking victory lap.

I'm really happy for Carl and the 99 team but that was the most boring race ever!

I love how Kyle isn't even a factor. :D
How does your foot taste? For not being a factor, he came as close as you could with out winning it. And you say he can only drive good in the minor league. Well we know who is not the expert on here..:beerbang::beerbang::beerbang::beerbang:

I will laugh my ass off if Harvick decides "**** the penalty" and dumps Busch.

Harvick will need to pick up the pace a bit. Of course, unless he tags Kyle as he is being lapped.

Along that note, good run for the 29, 48 and 88!

Congrats to Carl on the win. Congrats to KB for a great run and actually finishing. Congrats to Ruddy on a 3rd place finish.

Overall, lots of hype but a fairly boring race.

Hey, he really wasn't a factor....didn't win any of the segments & did not win the $1 mil.

I think you should get Busch's **** out of your mouth.

That was THE worst All-Star race they've had.

<tap><tap>I am waiting for the members to show up and blame that on the fact that KB ran well and that CUP drivers were in the race ruining it. Oh wait..

Is that the best you got? Your going to have to do better then that. Maybe you and your booty buddy Honcho can get together and figure something out together. Because you sure are not having any luck on your own.:bazooka:

Well, I missed the race and probably won't watch it. Doesn't look like i need to anyway.

And hey, the world didn't end....but I see that a bunch of racing-forum members suddenly became 12 years old;)

You didn't miss any thing. The most exciting part was after the race was over and Carl almost turned the car over. But with over a million dollars in winnings I think they will be able to fix it.:)

The #48 wasn't in the show, it was the 5 instead cause of Martin driving that fake Richmond car...

I didn't watch the race, looks like I didn't miss much, looked from the replays it was a non eventfull race. Nascar really needs to get rid of the segment stuff in this race. Go a straight 75 laps in the feature and have 2 25 lap qualifying races to determine whether a few other cars get in. This format is played out and IMO needs to be scrapped.

So why was JJ in the 5?

I caught the last 2 segments, pretty uneventful.

Martin was running the "tribute 25 car", I use that term loosely because that car looked nothing like the old 25 that Richmond used to drive. JJ ran the 5 on his car I assume for the five championships.
