I watched a great race at Lonesome Pine Raceway. What's FOX Sports 2?

It was nothing compared to the uproar at nascar.com chat. I think that is part of why the big boys look so haggard, they took Fox's money, but forgot the fans.

Sorry, the Virginia Tech game IS more important than NASCAR practice. If it was the race, it's one thing. But it's practice. A LOT of people around here mad because they don't get FOX Sports 1 on campus cable in Blacksburg and the Tech game was an away game. Come on down and tell everyone around here that the game should've been on FOX Sports 2, which only DirecTV customers get. Better yet, come on down here and tell anyone around here that NASCAR PRACTICE is more important than the Virginia Tech football game. :)

dude you don't get it. This is a racing site, fox took away the practice..if you were a racing fan you would get it. We don't freakin care about your wank wank this or wank wank that...we want to be able to see the fukin practice. The sooner you get that thru your thick head the better. You ain't gona got no love from a racing forum, talk about how great it is over on a stick n ball forum.

If I wanted to watch NASCAR practice on FOX Sports 2, I'd turn on FOX Sports 2. It's amazing how that works, isn't it?

We are race fans that posted, some of us haven't watched a stick an ball fiasco for years and could care less. Much less about a wanker who continually insults our intelligence telling us that football is more important than racing is to a bunch of RACE fans. Do you have any idea how stupid that is? I wonder how many cable providers would be moving FOX Sports 2 to basic cable if all the people whining on here and NASCAR.com called their cable providers. I remember, in 2001, so many people where I lived called Comcast complaining about FX that the cable company's default greeting was to tell people that FX was on basic cable on channel 47.
 
I get FS1 but not FS2 on campus cable. I don't care so much about the practices and qualifying sessions as I do about the Modified Series, K&N Series, V8 Supercars, and the other racing that's being moved over there.
 
I'm a racing fan as many are on here, and any lessening of racing coverage is not a good thing. I don't give a sheet about ratings money blah blah blah, I for one of many have lost coverage. So far I have been able to catch a few things on FS2 that have been streamed by others that do have it..thank you for all that, so it hasn't been a total blackout. When I do find a stream I try to post it, and I think WE can get around the inconvenience as well as possible.

I can call names too, dickface.

TV networks are in the business of attracting viewers. College football attracts more viewers than NASCAR practice. If FS1 was moving NASCAR races to FS2 so they could air MMA reruns and football talk shows and MMA documentaries, it'd be a different matter. FOX Sports 2 sucks anyways. The UFC Channel. If I wanted to watch people fight each other, I'd drive down to Williamson Road and hang out there for the day.

You can rage all you want to donkey but it does no good.

I like football, baseball and soccer. FOX Sports 1 covers all of them and does so quite well. FS1 covers everything I like and so does NBCSN. I'm glad I don't have to watch ESPN anymore and hear them give the Yankees and the Ravens a verbal BJ each night.

I never even noticed it until he pointed it out. I was replying to Lisa and I have no clue why Andys name was at the top. But, ever since they did the updates on here I have had some weird things happen sometimes when I reply. Just about every time I try to reply to a post I have to send it twice.
