Sprint Cup Series at the paperclip

If Andretti hadn't MOVED, the yellow would not have been necessary.

It was when he pulled up into the middle of the track, that the yellow had to come out.

That Sprint cup girl is a bit creepy. She looks like Morticia from the Addams family.

Lets go to the big track that I love next week.

I agree that Andretti shouldn't have moved (especially that late) I disagree that a caution wouldn't have been called for. There WAS a car stopped on the front stretch, and all it takes is for someone to get squirly with someone else trying to race to the line. It happened racing to the white, nothing to stop it happening racing the the checkered either.

I know it's her job and all, just like there were the Winston girls, but I just want to push her out of there every week! She does that beauty queen "smile thing" and shaking her head as if she can really hear what the driver is saying. I'd feel like an idiot if I was her.

I can understand Sprint wanted someone out there, but do they have to be right next to the winner?! Yeah, they're putting in big bucks so we can watch our racing, but she looks so phoney and just going through the motions. It bugs me every week! LOL

I'm with ya there. I've been complaining about it all year. I mean, sure, there's always been a trophy girl, and there used to be a Miss Winston. But they weren't front and center for every victory lane, (fake) smiling, (fake) nodding and ensuring their positioning with the camera was just right.
