I've never cooked meatballs, but have cooked turkey out there.
One of those 12 qt. roasters was too large to set on my kitchen counter.
Maybe this guy was cooking a LOT of meatballs.

Once while living on Vandenberg AFB in base housing, I had a freezer in the garage where we kept meat. One evening I had gone to grab a couple steaks out of the freezer, only to discover they were gone, and were replaced by a whole fish. (I am not making this up, actually happened.)

I've never cooked meatballs in the garage but....... the garage is where I have my 3 deep fat fryers and cook my hotwings....... (the wife banned my deep frying from the house because of the steamy grease film that collects)..... Only time I've ever had any wings missing was when the wife would slip into the garage while my back was turned and make off with a batch of 'em before I had 'em all cooked!!!!!!!
