Surprise elimination?

#22. Same Chicago fate as last year

Never a good sign when the guy wearing the engine builder's firesuit is under the hood because nobody else can figure out what the hell just happened.

Remember how awesome the 2012 Penske-built Dodge motor was? Five years or sooner, Penske is building Ford engines for Cup. My long-term bold prediction.

Twice last year, at Talladega and again in this race.. they ran a bunch of laps, rain came, rain subsided, they ran some more laps and Joey blew up. Something to do with heating and cooling and heating up again... I doubt it happens again... Chances are a similar failure or wreck is what will need to happen for ur boy to outlast Joey.. Good luck though :)

I think I figured it out... you're still upset about this

I guess that could be, we'll see.

I have no desire to come on here on and defend or extol the greatness of my driver as the record he has built over the years speaks for itself.

Nor do I care to overstate or blow out of proportion, his greatness/greatness to come, effectively turning 99% percent of the people here against him (and me). I get no thrill out of that type of attention.

To each their own.

wait.. I mean :nyanya:

Exactly.

That took much less effort than I thought it would.

Thank you.
Not sure you get that I don't care much about what people think.. You or anyone can hate me or my driver because of me... doesn't change a thing... it's all in fun.

Whatever happens happens on the track.. don't matter much. It's fun to talk about but I'm not losing sleep over it.

Well said.

Well said again. Ya can't argue with a rock.

i think it says SURPRISE elimination, so Ill say Carl or Jimmie, That would be a surprise to most.

I dont think its possible even if you tried to get eliminated if you're a guy like Jimmie or Brad.

Two of those spots is already guaranteed to be taken in Almirola and Allmendinger who have no business being in here in the first place.

You will be able to run in the top 15 for the first 3 races and still make it because the Roush cars will be killing it in the high 20s. Then Kasey Kahne, Kurt, Denny...

I think you can outrun those guys on your worst day if you're a Jimmie Jonhson, Kesewloski, A Gordon and so on. IMO

So, I was way off in my surprise elimination pick. I don't know that anyone that went out in that first round was a huge surprise.
