Boiled Serrano, dried arbol, guajillo, and New Mexico peppers.
Broiler roasted tomatoes, tomatillos, onion, Serrano…
The garlic head was roasted in the oven at a lower temp.
It all goes in the blender with salt, lime juice, cumin and Mexican oregano.
The water from the boiled chilies is used to adjust desired consistency.
