Is this your first race? Cars scatter when a wreck happens. Most of the time they follow instructions from the spotter. Most of the time they hit the brakes.

yes this is my first race, please clue me in what happens when cars scatter all over the track. shouldn't they all just come to a stop like they do on the highway? that's what I would do, wouldn't you?
