testing dragging inline image

All that shows up for me is more or less a blank looking square with what resembles a torn piece of paper along with the first couple characters of [IM. Firefox 10.0

Seriously though, what do you mean by dragging an inline image. Is that something like pasting rather than using the icons above to complete the task?
 
It is indeed broken. Dragging and dropping an image onto the post box usually works (it inserts it as if you had clicked the image button and pasted a URL to an image). But if the image you're dragging is an inline image (such as the one seen here: http://www.bigfastblog.com/embed-base64-encoded-images-inline-in-html), it looks like it will work at first because you see it in the editor, but it processes it incorrectly and you see a broken image upon submitting.
