Texas Ernest Schramm passed away this morning at his Dallas home. He had been ill for some time. After being the one to start the Dallas Cowboy's Ring of Honor, Tex will be inducted into that very ring of honor during this 2003 season. Shame on you Jerry Jones, it took you too long!
