Thank you Jeff Gordon!

One of Gordons crewman got bloodied, so nascar will be coming down hard on a few guys.

Gordon was pathetic today. He's fallen real far from where he once was.
 
Gordon payed Bowyer back for a chickensh!t move and MWR will write the check for the asinine actions of their employees.
Clint, Michael or anyone affiliated with MWR couldn't carry Jeff Gordon's pilotis on a day off.

Bowyer barely touched Gordon. Jeff acted like a child who just got tagged with cooties. Total dumbass choice. Now Logano owes him one, Clint owes him one, and Brad may feel the need to teach Jeff to show him some respect.
 
No. Logano should never be mentioned in the same thread with Jeff Gordon. Logano isn't capable of being a tire carrier for the 24. We will see who NASCAR feels is out of line come Tuesday.
The best thing that happened today is that NASCAR fans got to see that Jimmie sux mid pack.
The Bowyer/Gordon thing was just a distraction
 
My official stance on this whole thing...."controversy creates CASH"...regardless of what penalties come down on Tuesday...Brian France is probably very happy tonight!
 
Be even more talk if Bowyer after his run got to Gordon.
 
I just seen this and boy am I proud of Jeff Gordon:D Clint Bowyer got what he deserved. He earned that all season and I'm glad Jeff had the balls to do it. As far as Michael Waltrip's and his teams comments, who cares??? Jeff has scrubbed more talent from under his finger nails then Michael and Clint could dream of having.
 
If Kyle Bush had made the stupid move Gordon did, he would be sitting at home for 2 weeks. Lets see what Nascar does to their golden boys from the Hendrick teams.

First off what Gordon did was wrong on a massive scale. You can not take out someone on purpose under green putting other drivers saftey at risk, my god grounpounder you're comment is insane. What if it was Daytona or Dega would you still be ok taking someone out at 200 mph? Where do you draw the line? Gordon needs to be parked, nuff said. Now that being said what about the flip side to all this. The media attention to this is priceless NASCAR couldn't write a better script leading into the last race of the year so it is my opinion that Gordon will not be parked as nasacr knows a good thing when they see it. Ticket sales will be up as will tv ratings, so yeah I guess thanks Jeff Gordon, I just hope nothing really stupid happens.

Harvick was parked for a cup race when he intentionally spun Coy Gibbs back in '02 in a truck race. IIRC that was under caution coming to the green.
Gordon should be parked IMHO, ymmv.

We need the Old Kyle Bush back and tell Nascar and the other Whinny Drivers to shut up and race. But this is Gordon and not Bush.

Exactly right...Any driver bashing #24 regarding the actions of a 4 time champ are laughable...Gordon won his championships on pure driver skill...he never crashed guys on the track driving in a reckless manner like some do today. He mentored J.J. in his early years and instilled in him the importance of on track respect...Look how many championships thats got him so far. It's a differant NASCRAP today...The drivers know the cars are nearly indestructable, and they drive hellbent. NOW...Lets not forget Mikey W. he's no angel...Have you all forgotten that when his ole buddy #3 died, the following year he STOLE the $12,000,000 NAPA sponsorship from the Earnhardt family. In retrospect the #24 should be parked for the final race...BUT...the drama whores (NASCRAP) want the hype so "have at it Boyz" one more time

People keep saying this. Did Logano get what he deserved? What about Almirola? And it still would have been fine if the championship leader got taken out because of this too (which he almost did)? And so somehow, because Jeff has more talent, more championships, he has somehow earned the right to ignore the black flag and intentionally do what he did?
 
This has been on Gordons mind since M-ville. It was bound to happen. And now it Did. Sigh.

Cause the missed caution call by nascar got the #2 drilled in the side by the 78. Or does that not count?
