Thought I'd open this one for events apart from the Tour.

The Giro is currently approaching the "Cima Coppi" and it looks like there won't be another 22-year-old Grand Tour winner.

Stage 3 of the Vuelta is also going on right now. Chris Froome already lost a lot of time during the first two stages.

I watched all of Vuelta on Peacock. Forgot to check over here , my apologies.
Primoz is just on a different level than the other GC contenders. Yes , that Jakobsen .
story was just amazing. I pulled for him on all the sprints. Proud of my countrymen
Sepp Kuss , Lawson Craddock and Joe Dombrowski. They represented well.

My goodness. That 2021 Paris Roubaix was the craziest I have ever seen. Just epic.

Jumbo Visma took Stage 1 Paris/Nice by the throat with 7K to go
and never looked back. Jumbo Visma 1,2,3.

Go check out the finish of stage 3 of the 2022 Dauphine. Usually happens once a year to somebody.

La Vuelta 20022 starts tomorrow with a 23.3K team time trial. That
should take 4 minutes - lol.

First 3 stages (flat) in Holland before flying to the awaiting hills and mountains
of Spain.

In other news, Egan Bernal finally made it back to team racing this week in the Tour of Denamark.
That is just amazing to me.

No real suprises yet. Primoz seems to be the Vuelta GC Alpha again.
I am staying interested by seeing if Sepp Kuss can podium this event.

Vuelta is up for grabs. Roglic running into some serious GC contenders.
Sometimes I think he maybe sandbagging a bit, other times I dont think he has it.
The scenery is stunning in Spain.

That big "C R A S H " you just heard was the sound of a new GC giant
to make his way to the ranks of the Grand Tour races. He just crushed
the field in todays ITT stage 10. Welcome 22 year old Belgium :

Remco Evenepoel

Just got around to watching Womans Paris Roubaix.
What a freaking finish!!! Winner Allison Jackson (Canada) in the
final meters of a sprint finish. That is one Super Woman !

Can't make that stuff up...
40 years ago, Ricardo Ten Argilés lost both his arms and a leg when in an accident with a high-voltage electricity line.
Despite this, Ricardo has battled through adversity and won four medals, including two Gold medals at the para-cycling world championship.

Therefore, sponsor Tissot presented him his well-earned prize... a watch.
