The Rock on the prerace show

When they were interviewing The Rock (today's grand marshall) before the race, I found some of his comments interesting.

I will freely admit that I haven't watched pro wrestling since I was a teenager. But, I had never heard a pro wrestler say anything like "Well, you know what we do is pre-determined, it's scripted. I'm not telling you guys anything new..."

My wife commented on it as well.
 
No problem, 4X. I used to follow it but it's been years and years. I do like that Rock guy though. He seems pretty cool.
 
i missed that, i watched the WCW untell it shut down.

There is some kids in my 3ed block class that get in to it a little toooo much.
 
WWE fans don't want to hear anything like that. You know it's all real. :lol:
 
this one comes in and starts off "hey bill did you see smackdown last night?" and he talks about it all damn class....i tell him you know its fack dont ya?.....hes allways like well ya but then its not.........haha

Same WCW till the end! WCW was way better than WWE.
 
come on guys wrestling is cool!!! ^_^ I watch every Monday night and some on Thursday's!! Don't laugh, I know it's fake, but they have been more open about that. I know sometimes they do injure themselves, but only if they don't do a move right. Alright, now go ahead make fun of me, but hey I've watched since I was a kid. ^_^ I would even go every Tuesday night when I could! :D
 
Our local FOX affiliate (KTTV, Los Angeles) thinks infomercials are more profitable than the NASCAR Nextel Cup prerace!! :( I didn't get to see it!! :idunno:
 
Actually, I think I saw it on speed maybe. I don't really know :unsure:
