Bozi has posted a lot of Nascar stuff, especially technical matters.
to be fair this is a blog he is going to do. Daily, weekly monthly I haven't a clue. That is why I posted it. He and some others might want to subscribe to it. Revman might be drooling as we speak. Bozi is a big Yota guy.To be fair @aunty dive has posted stuff from him before. It is useful to highlight it though. Good content.
Love me some Bozi. Thanks for the post.to be fair this is a blog he is going to do. Daily, weekly monthly I haven't a clue. That is why I posted it. He and some others might want to subscribe to it. Revman might be drooling as we speak. Bozi is a big Yota guy.
Bozi has already let the cat out of the bag if you listen above. Hamlin yips and yaps about the car and he gets a chance to do something and he goes nah.
I'll let you twist that into something palatable. #1 Will he blame others, I'll guess in Hambone's world it will be Nascar's fault. Could be everybody else but him didn't want to do the run what you brung idea. At any rate like a good narcissist, he will yap himself out to be scott free and be back knocking Nascar shortly after.....or you could give him a chance to explain. What fun would that be, right? See, this is Denny. Actually shares his thought about the sport. Kinda cool, huh?
Now I don't need to spend the time listening.....but I will....and so will you.I'll let you twist that into something palatable. #1 Will he blame others, I'll guess in Hambone's world it will be Nascar's fault. I haven't listened to one of his pod casts yet lol.Now I don't need to spend the time listening.....but I will....and so will you.
I'm about 50/50 with Gluck usually, but not this time. Hit it right on the head.
Maybe there hasn't been time yet to wash it since Sunday.Probably should bring your crying towel.
I really don't give three ****s about what they modified, but here's the deal.....Penske Perfect is a thing....and that's not perfect. I am thinking that Ganassi can't stop chuckling. The other thing to note is that the push to pass cheat wasn't a performance advantage either. You ever notice that when a race team cheats that there is never a performance advantage? Funny how that works. I love Roger, and the Penske Perfect thing but now if's not a thing and never was.....and on the NASCAR side Travis Geisler's arrogance drives me absolutely bonkers. Went nuts when he called Chevy....the bowtie.....Ford.....the blue oval......and Toyota......that "thing." Roger needed to stay off of the damn TV.....just like Jeffy and Hendrick....when they get stung, they can't find a camera quick enough. The long version from Bozi and more than you ever wanted to know about Indycar's rear attenuator.
Penske’s modifications aren’t entirely the problem, the fact that no one caught them is
In sumation:
It’s unfortunate that one of the biggest stories of the week is focused on a part that was likely modified for aesthetic purposes but Team Penske violated an explicit rule from the IndyCar rule book and even though they may not see a performance advantage from it, they still made changes to a single-source part. Team Penske representatives should have presented the parts to IndyCar officials if they wished to modify them and gotten approval before doing so.
