Tiger vs Phil

Match play. 9 million dollars. Not Mega Ball money but still a helluva lot of $'s for a round of golf.

I'll try provide some updates for anyone that finds interesting.

Their interviewing the two standing at the first tee.
 
Both are wearing mics for this match.

Both had a drive down the center if the fairway. Looks like Tiger is away only by 2 yards.
 
Tigers 2nd shot is on the green.

Phil made a $200,000 bet that he will birdie this hole.

His 2nd shot also on the green.

All of these side bets are being donated to charity. I'm wondering if these bets will add up to the 9 mil?
 
Tiger is away and will putt 1st. Probably about 10 feet or so.

Tigers putt wide right and long.

9 foot birdie putt for Phil.

Phil's putt..... Wide left. Losses the 200k.

All squared after 1.
 
They are letting them use range finders.

Phil's 2nd shot is just right of the green about a yard off.

Tigers shot is also just right.

Tiger will be up first. Big putt coming up for Phil. I'm sure if he birdies, he will take there hole. Tiger would need a miracle.

Were you inspired to do this by Norm MacDonald by any chance? He does this sort of play-by-play on Twitter and his fans seem to enjoy it.

I'm drawn to watch Tiger play in the majors and bigger tournaments. Not sure why, as I'm not much of a golf fan, but his magnetism works on me. I'm not as enthusiastic about an exhibition stunt like this. Is my impression that Mickelson has not been playing at a high level lately accurate? But I'll turn it on, don't have anything else on at the moment.

Phil has to hole it out if the bunker. Doesn't.
