Has not rained in three days, LOL. A warm Tropical feel to the air with 80% cloudy and broken Sunshine. Got a little breezy once or twice, normal stuff.

Travel week this week. Had trip itinerary set up weeks ago and looks like we'll not see the storm. Was in Wilmington, NC yesterday and saw the devastation from Irma. Really a sad scene.
Tomorrow going further north before heading to the Sunshine State.
Hope all is okay with those in the path of storm.

You folks want to see a sad situation, go to You Tube and search Hurricane Michael Mexico Beach, DAMN. Port St Joe is just as bad, Albany Ga. all power out trees down everywhere etc etc.

First estimate on the Pecan Crop loss is 50% and looks like it will be higher. I know growers of over 25,000 acres of pecans combined and they have lost 50% of their Trees. Southeast Cotton crop is all but gone. It is bad boys and girls, really really bad. There will be a lot of misery from this one, please keep'em all in your prayers. I fear the death toll is going to go up every day.

The National Hurricane Center now says Hurricane Michael made landfall as a Category 5 storm.
